What are the operating hours?
Monday-Thursday: 1:00 PM through 11:00 PM
Friday: 12:00 AM through 2:00 AM
Saturday: 11:00 AM through 2:00 AM
Sunday: 11:00 AM through 11:00 PM

How do players pay for their gaming?
Based on a pay-to-play system, patrons can play by the hour, or buy a block of five hours for a reduced rate.  They can play with a number of friends at one time, create a social-interactive environment, or add an on-line competition element for the ultimate gaming experience.   
Pricing (on a per day basis):

$6.00 for the first hour
$5.00 each additional hour after that
6 for $27special – purchase blocks of 6 hours for $27 ($4.50 per hour)

Do you have an age limit?
All Ages are welcome.  We follow the ESRB™ rating system.  To play Mature rated games, participants must be 17 years of age or older.  Proof of age is required.  Parental consent is not applicable for those under 17 to play Mature rated games.  Playing of Adult rated games are not allowed at any time.

What games are at CyGamZ?
Our “menu” will be constantly changing based on popularity of games. Patrons may ask an attendant if they are looking for a specific game.

Do you have parental controls?
Our system includes an area in the user’s profile to list the age of the participant.  Those under the age of 17 will not have access to Mature rated games based on this age profile.  Those 17 and older may play Mature rated games with proof of age.  The screens of those playing Mature rated games will not be visible to persons under the age of 17.

Can I bring in my own games?
Only games provided in the gaming area are for play.  Security and licensing requirements prevent outside games and software to be loaded.

Can I bring my own equipment?
Certain personal peripherals such as keyboard, a mouse and controllers may be used as long as they have a USB connection and provided no additional software is required.  Most of your own headphones are also usable on our platform.  Our CyGamZ gaming staff will be happy to assist you with specifics and hooking up your equipment.

What kind of console screens do you have?
We have the latest generation 42” High Definition plasma screens which allow you to play games in full 1080i resolution.

Can I bring in my own memory cards for the consoles?
Yes you may bring in your own memory cards, so that you can continue your games.   Or just sign onto Xbox Live just like you do at home and, enjoy your games in High Definition

Can I rent your equipment?
Our equipment is not available for off-site use.  Our facilities are available for private parties, and group outings.  Our CyGamZ gaming management will be happy to assist you with any specific questions you may have.

Will there be tournaments?
We will offer local, regional and grand tournaments beginning in early 2007.  Please watch our website for details.

Will I be able to access the Internet from the game room?
We do offer Internet on our Alienware Area 51 7500 computers. The content will be filtered to maintain a family friendly environment. We offer a safe and fun Internet browsing experience.

What happens if I don’t use up my time?
Patrons time will remain on account until the next time they log in.

Will my personal settings be saved from session to session?
Yes your personal settings will be saved from session to session.   Our management system, allows us to save your personal configurations and saved games so that every time you login, it is just like your own personal computer.

Do you offer any party packages?
CyGamZ features party rooms with cutting edge technology as well. Console gaming, two 32 inch LCD screens, DVD, VHS and satellite television will be available. And when you need to get some work done you can connect a laptop for PowerPoint presentations.

Can I use National Amusements Gift Cards and Gift Certificates at CyGamZ? 
YES, National Amusements Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are accepted towards food purchases or playing time at CyGamZ.

Will patrons be allowed to take food and beverages to their seats while gaming?
Beverages will be permitted in the gaming areas, but food items (other than candy) will be prohibited due to the possibility of debris getting on and in the highly sensitive equipment which can affect performance.
